Vollrath's Steam Table Pan Cover has a convenient hinge, allowing for easy access to food without having to remove the entire cover, reducing temperature and moisture loss. Reinforced edges provide added strength to the perimeter of the steam table pan cover, to stay flat longer and fit securely, reducing seepage and spills during transport. The steam table pan has welded handles. Constructed of 22 gauge 18-8 stainless steel.
