Carlisle's Amber Drain Shelf fits inside a half-size Top Notch® Food Pan. Because of the high heat application, the food pan is designed to provide a solution for cold storage, flash-freezing, microwave preheat or cooking, and prolonged high temperature retention in steam tables. The drain shelf will keep food fresh by allowing liquid to drain easily from the prepared food. Its sturdy feet support the contents and allows room for the drained liquid. Constructed of polycarbonate plastic, it can withstand tough use and resists food acids and oils. Can be used in temperatures from -40°F to 375°F. Dishwasher safe. Made in USA.
