The Top Notch High Heat food pan provides the single container solution for cold storage, flash-freezing, microwave preheat cooking, and prolonged high temperature retention in steam table applications. This 7.6 qt. food pan has "easy lift spoon notches" at each end of the food pan for easy removal from steam tables and recessed counters. Just place the end of the spoon or other utensil under the reinforced notch, lift, and remove the black food pan. The 2.5" deep pan's easy lift notch reduces direct hand-to-food contact for greater food safety. Top Notch food pans meet European and USA specifications for use in food bars and steam tables. The full size food pan's textured bottom will reduce scratches. Steam table pans inter-stack with others for easy, efficient storage. The polycarbonate plastic pan can withstand tough use and resists food acids and oils. The full size pan can withstand temperatures of -40° to 212°F. Dishwasher safe.
