This 2.8 qt. food pan has "easy lift spoon notches" at each end of the food pan for easy removal from steam tables and recessed counters. Just place the end of the spoon or other utensil under the reinforced notch, lift, and remove the black food pan. The 4" deep pan's easy lift notch reduces direct hand-to-food contact for greater food safety. Top Notch food pans meet European and USA specifications for use in food bars and steam tables. The one quarter size food pan's textured bottom will reduce scratches. The steam table pans inter-stack with others for easy, efficient storage. The polycarbonate plastic pan can withstand tough use and resists food acids and oils. The fourth size pan can withstand temperatures of -40° to 212°F. Dishwasher safe.
