The Canplas Endura Grease Trap was designed and built to last. The purpose of grease traps is to allow separation of solids and grease, to contain them in a holding facility, and to prevent these harmful wastes from entering the main sewer system or septic tank.

This grease trap may be installed on the floor, partially in the floor, or fully recessed below the floor to best suit the situation. Made using an injected molded copolymer thermoplastic, has resulted in lower operating costs and a guaranteed longer life. Also, thanks to this process, the grease trap is able to withstand continuous operation at temperatures of up to 220°F--ideal for any commercial kitchen. Even more features includes:
