Its one-piece construction keeps food and bacteria out, therefore helping prevent cross-contamination. Wires are constructed out of easy to clean, 18-8 stainless steel. Also, a center wire at the tip adds reinforcement, preventing the frame from bending and deforming. Heat resistant up to 475°F. Manufacturer's Warranty: limited lifetime.
