Made from Corderite, a non-absorbing, no lead, fire brick material approved by the FDA for oven use. Great for heat retention and durability, the pizza baking stone is 1/2" thick. Its molded feet provide better stability and give it a total height of 7/8". The convenient 14" x 16" rectangular size fits most home and commercial ovens, making this pizza stone ideal for small restaurants and bars that serve pizzas without a pizza oven.
