This Jacob's Pride French Whip with thicker wires for mixing heavy food products. The one-piece handle is completely sealed with no crevices to collect food or bacteria. The nylon handle is heat resistant to 475°F (246°C). There are comfort nubs on the ergonomic handle for a sure grip. The french whip's wires are stainless steel to resist corrosion and rusting. The center reinforcement wire eliminates bending, twisting and deforming. Color-coded aqua for French style for easy identification.
