Use this Vollrath 24" French Whip to mix all your wonderful creations! The ergonomic design of the 6" handle feels great while mixing heavy foods. Its one-piece construction keeps food and bacteria out, therefore helping prevent cross-contamination. Wires are constructed out of easy to clean, 18-8 stainless steel. Also, a center wire at the tip adds reinforcement, preventing the frame from bending and deforming.
