This disher is constructed of a fully gray color-coded polypropylene handle with a ribbed surface and built-in stopper notch to prevent slippage. The molded one-piece disher handle improves durability and makes cleaning easy. With the power of Vollrath's Agion® Silver Ion Antimicrobial Technology in the disher's handle, the Agion keeps microbials from growing. Bowl and components are constructed of 18-8 stainless steel to prevent corrosion and ensure longer life. The disher's 4 oz. bowl is exact to insure consistent capacities within 5%.
