This china cap strainer is designed for straining, blanching, and mashing!
This 12" fine mesh stainless steel china cap is perfect for straining soups and sauces, blanching vegetables, reheating pasta, and more. Also used for cleaning fryer oil, the fine mesh will strain out lumps and solids. The china cap's stainless steel construction and reinforced wire frame makes it suitable for years of daily use. A long handle on the strainer means the user can stand back from the heat source. The strainer has a hook on the opposite side to the handle that will allow the china cap to rest atop a pot or fryer.
