Vollrath's Medium Double Mesh Strainer is great to use when filtering liquids or washing products before use. Double pan hooks help the strainer maintain balance while in use. The wire mesh is less likely to corrode because of its retinned coating and is doubled for strength. The rim is reinforced for added strength, making the strainer durable. Its 9" lacquered wooden handle is reinforced with a metal wire to make it stronger.
