Stainless steel construction. 2" dial has safe temperature roasting guide next to the temperature gauge. Durable 4-1/2" stainless steel stem will penetrate into the center of almost any cut of meat. Adjustable temperature minder helps avoid over- or undercooking. Simply insert the meat thermometer into the thickest part of the meat, set the blue temperature reminder to the desired setting, and remove the meat from the oven when this temperature is reached. Dishwasher safe.
