It is a cost efficient way to change the cut size without having to purchase a new unit. The 1/2" blade/holder assembly makes it easy to replace the existing blades in the Easy FryKutter or Easy Chopper. Use the hardware from the previous blade/holder assembly. This blade/holder assembly includes:
