Thinner than a regular chef's knife, this carving knife is able to carve thinner, more precise slices of ham, beef and/or turkey at any function! The classically designed, solid walnut handles provide safety and comfort when cutting meat. Crafted of high-carbon stainless steel, the knife blade and fork prongs resist stains and rust for lasting beauty. This carving set features Chicago Cutlery's Taper Grind® edge technology, which maintains optimum sharpness, edge retention, and easier re-sharpening of the fork and knife. Their full stainless steel tangs extend to the end of the handles for added balance and strength.
