The one-piece, stainless steel cleaver blade is welded to a comfortable, easy grip hollow handle. This helps prevent rusting and makes cleaning the cleaver easier. An excellent knife for slicing and chopping shrimp, boneless chicken, radishes, cucumbers, and more. Not recommended for cutting through bone.
