Waring's Electric Knife Sharpener will allow you to use your favorite kitchen knives again as if they were new! The stropping wheel operates in a reverse direction, allowing for a more efficient removal of burrs and polishing of the blade. Its two grinding wheels (fine/coarse) grind at 18-22° angles, the optimum angles recommended by knife manufacturers. A magnetized drawer under the grinding wheel captures metal shavings, so there is no messy cleanup.
