The knife rack now holds almost double the amount of chef 's knives as previous models - plus room for smaller knives, a cleaver, steel, and even scissors, all in the same space as before.

Edlund's KR-699 Knife Rack meets today's knife storage needs with maximum efficiency and sanitation. Keeps an even greater number of knives within easy reach. The insert's v-slot design holds knives more securely and upright, yet removes for easy cleaning. This stainless knife rack holds 8 chef 's knives, plus 2 smaller knives, 1 steel and a pair of scissors. The stainless steel skirt is corrosion resistant.
