The prep surface is raised to a more ergonomic level, allowing for fast sweeping and segregation of stock and waste. Easy set-up makes the Versa-Prep System ideal for catering or as a temporary food-safe prep station on a standard cart.

Unique copolymer material resists cut grooving and warping, making the Versa-Prep System long lasting and sanitary. The embossed ruler feature makes portioning a breeze and helps with cost savings. Reverse side of Versa-Prep Board contains in-laid groove for draining juices or preparing on full-size food pan. The white cutting board's Food Safety Hook provides sanitary transport & storage. Integrated opening allows for fast sweeping of foods directly into prep pans or bowls, making food preparation simple with less mess. The black Versa-Prep stand's gripping feet raise the prep surface and hold station securely in place; reducing fatigue and injury.
