This stir fry pan cookware is extremely durable, with a 3-ply construction providing product longevity. The 18-8 stainless steel interior doesn't affect the color or flavor of the food being cooked. The 3004 aluminum core provides even heating to the bottom and side walls of the cookware. The 18-0 stainless steel exterior is durable and can be used with gas, electric or induction ranges.
