Heavy gauge 3004 aluminum roasting pan bottom with straps. When used as a double roaster, the sections fit snugly to seal in steam. This bottom can be used on its own for open pan roasting. The protective chrome-plated steel straps fit well into another roaster to make the match. The easy-to-grab loop handles provided for durability. This roasting pan heats evenly and efficiently, it is recommended to reduce the oven temperature by 25° to reduce energy costs when using this roasting pan.
