Part of Vollrath's Wear-Ever line, this roaster pan cover is constructed of heavy gauge 3004 aluminum. Because it's a good conductor of heat, aluminum cookware heats up quickly, and the heat is spread evenly along the base and the sidewalls. The roaster pan cover has easy-to-grab loop handles on two sides of the lid. It is perfect to use with a roaster pan for roasting chicken, turkey, or lamb. The cover can also be used by itself as a griddle for making hamburgers or eggs on a stovetop.
