Save space and energy by using one burner to cook four different items. This pasta cooker set includes an 18-1/2 qt. pot and four perforated 18-8 stainless steel inserts. The pot is constructed of 8 gauge, impact-resistant 3004 aluminum with a beaded rim and welded handles for easy clean up and durability. Each insert holds up to 3 servings of pasta and features a riveted plated steel handle with GatorGrip®, to stay cool to the touch and a hanging clip for easy draining. Hole diameter is 3/16". Also great for blanching vegetables.
Infrared Temperature Range: -27°F to 428°F (-33°F to 220°C) with one second response time, 0.95 emissivity, and +/- 2°F accuracy
Thermocouple Temperature Range: -67°F to 630°F (-55°F to 330°C) with one second response time and +/- 2°F accuracy
