This Stir Fry Pan from Vollrath features a SteelCoat x3 premium non-stick coating for easy clean-up and reducing the need for cooking oil. This triple layer non-stick coating provides exceptional durability and superior food release for greater cooking efficiency. Low-profile rivets are also coated for easy clean-up and eliminating areas for bacteria to grow. Flat bottom sits level on cooking surface. Riveted plated steel handles with GatorGrip handles stay cool to the touch and are oven safe to 450°F. Body is constructed of heavy-duty 7 gauge 3004 aluminum, for even-heating and increased impact resistance.
