This triple layer non-stick coating provides exceptional durability and superior food release for greater cooking efficiency. Low-profile rivets are also coated for easy clean-up and eliminating areas for bacteria to grow. Constructed of heavy-duty 6 gauge impact-resistant 3004 aluminum. Handle is oven safe to 450°F and is permanently bonded to not slide off, eliminating food traps and cleaning difficulties.
