The 10" Stainless Mesh Skimmer with Bamboo Handle from Thunder Group is designed to meet your foodservice needs. The elongated bamboo handle is excellent for added safety precaution while deep frying or skimming. The round, concave net captures food while straining oil and other elements. The skimmer is stainless steel and made of mesh wires with outer framework and includes a riveted, round bamboo handle. The skimmer also has a built-in hook hanger for storage and is easily washable.
