ISI Basics' Standing Baster has a removable brush that allows multi functions: as a traditional bulb baster, and as a basting brush that holds a reservoir of basting liquid. The brush and bulb are heat resistant up to 600°F, while the tube is heat resistant up to 390°F. The translucent bulb holds 1/2 cup of liquid and has measuring marks on the inside. The baster's unique brush design has an interior tube that allows juices to be drawn into the bulb with the brush in place. It's able to stand upright to prevent spills and to facilitate fat separation from lean juices. Much easier to clean than natural bristle brushes, the hygienic bulb, tube and brush come apart easily for cleaning in the dishwater or under tap.
