This Hell's Handle dough cutter can handle the heat and stay in the kitchen!
This Hell's Handle™ dough cutter by Mercer, also known as a bench scraper, is high heat resistant and can withstand temperatures of up to 450°F. Absorbing 50% less heat than standard polypropylene plastic, the cutter's handle remains cool to the touch longer. Its dual-textured finish on the handle is made for extra grip and slip resistance. The professional quality stainless steel blade is made with measuring increments to measure out the dough when cutting or scrapping.
