Amco's aluminum spring form pans are constructed from 3003 H14 aluminum for superior strength and even heat distribution. The pan's latch feature a strong spring mechanism to insure a tight fit, preventing any product from leaking. Its feathered inside rivets provide a smoother surface, and easier clean up. Spring form pans are always ideal for cheesecakes, multi-layered cakes, and plenty of other batter cakes one think of baking.
