Crafted from heavy-gauge aluminized steel, which is a 3 ply material consisting of two layers of corrosion resistant 3003 aluminum alloy around carbon steel - adding to its overall durability, strength, and superior heat conduction. The muffin tin's frame is supported by a thick, coated reinforcing wire to give the pan additional strength and insure greater durability. The muffin pan's silicone coating provides easy release of baked products.
