Baguettes are a breeze with Amco's 5" x 26" long French Bread Pan. Manufactured to meet the exacting standards of the toughest commercial bakers and foodservice establishments, this baguette pan is built to last. Constructed of perforated, heavy-gauge, 3 ply, aluminized steel, the pan has excellent heat conductivity plus the corrosion resistance that comes with aluminum/steel alloy. A silicone coating allows for easy realease of freshly baked french bread sticks.
