Baking's a pleasure with Amco's 12 Cup Muffin Pan. Producing large 3-11/16" diameter muffins, this pan is also referred to as a pecan roll pan. Manufactured to meet the exacting standards of the toughest commercial bakers and foodservice establishments, it is constructed of heavy-gauge 3 ply aluminized steel. This heavy duty muffin pan has excellent heat conductivity plus the corrosion resistance that comes with aluminum/steel alloy. Made to last, the pan has a reinforced frame for additional strength and durability. The pan's silicone glaze allows for easy release of freshly baked muffins, pecan rolls and other round baked goods.
