Constructed of heavy-gauge 3 ply aluminized steel, the pan has excellent heat conductivity plus the corrosion resistance that comes with aluminum/steel alloy. Made to last, this cupcake pan has a reinforced frame for additional strength and durability. The pan's silicone glaze allows for easy realease of freshly baked cupcakes, muffins, or mini-quiche.
