Made of heavy gauge 3004 aluminum, the sheet heats evenly and rapidly, eliminating buckling and deforming while providing consistency from the first cookie batch to the last. The sheet's slanted sides make grabbing and/or stacking several of the cookie sheets easier. This durable cookie sheet will fit in most residential or commercial ovens. Made in USA.
Note: These cookie sheets are shipped with a plastic protective film that must be removed prior to use. While small surface scratches may still be evident, they will not affect the sheet's baking performance.
