This Wear-Ever® sheet pan from Vollrath is made of impact-resistant 18 gauge 3004 aluminum. Not only does the 3000 series contain aluminum, several other elements are included and together, they produce an alloy with superior yield strength, fatigue and elongation properties. This makes the bun pan much more durable in all conditions and an excellent value.

The sheet pan has a tapered design for easy stacking with other sheet pans and is sized to fit standard baker's racks. This heavy duty bun pan's closed bead includes a galvanized non-rusting rod for reinforcement. The concave bottom on this baking pan flattens during heating for even heat distribution.
