Cambro's Hot Holding Ultra Pan Camcart® is perfect for frequent opening and closing, extreme cold temperatures and longer events. This pan carrier will extend hot food holding time and ensure food safety - an economical alternative to large warming cabinets. This 2-compartment pan camcart produces gentle 150° - 165° heat - it will not cook the food, but it will maintain its moisture. There is a 45 minute preheat time from room temperature, and a three minute recovery time after the door has opened and closed. The vent cap equalizes pressure and releases steam. The electrical pan carrier uses less energy than three standard 100 watt light bulbs, making this a great energy saver option. Its thick foam insulation retains temperatures for hours, even when unplugged. The tough, polyethylene exterior stays cool to the touch, no matter what the interior temperature is.
