Designed for the most demanding foodservice applications, this natural gas hot plate from Gusto Equipment™ delivers years of maintenance free operation and reliable cooking performance. This countertop hot plate has 4 burners to accommodate light or medium duty operations. The 24" width will fit almost anywhere in the kitchen and is suitable for a variety of pots and pans.

High performance 22,000 BTU cast iron burners provide maximum heat distribution and control. The heavy duty cast iron grates stand up to constant use, making this Gusto Equipment hot plate perfect for a commercial kitchen atmosphere. Each burner has a standing pilot for easy ignition. The hot plate's manual on/off control valve has 1/4 turn for easy temperature control. Cool-to-the-touch stainless steel bull nose front provides control knob protection and comfortable work zone.

This Gusto hot plate is constructed of a stainless steel front with attractive polycarbonate plastic trim. The body and drip pan are constructed of aluminized steel for long lasting durability. The hotplate has a removable crumb tray for easy cleaning. The Gusto Equipment hot plate has heavy duty 4" adjustable legs to match the height of other Gusto equipment in your line. The hot plate is shipped as natural gas, but includes a gas conversion kit.
