The perfect addition to a buffet line, Centaur's Hot Plate!
Use this hot plate to create mouth watering omelets for your customers, or in the back of the house to create an extra set up to try out a new recipe. This hot plate has a 7-1/2" diameter cast iron element, for use with 7-1/2" to 12" pans. It has a Robertshaw thermostat and infinite heat controls to attain the desired temperatures. The stainless steel surface is easily cleaned. The on/off switch has an indicator light, for your safety. The power light indicates if the burner is turned on or not.
