The perfect addition to a buffet line, Centaur's Hot Plate!
Use this double hot plate from Centaur™ to create mouth watering omelets for your customers, or in the back of the house to create an extra set up to try out a new recipe. This hot plate has two 7-1/2" diameter cast iron elements. It has a Robertshaw thermostat and infinite heat controls to attain the desired temperatures. The stainless steel surface is easily cleaned. The on/off switch has an indicator light, for your safety. The power light indicates if the burner is turned on or not.
