Uniform 1/2" flange width ensures a smooth fit for steam tables and rails. Standard and Metric graduations promote easy inventory management.

Non-stick surfaces promote easy food release for improved yields and easier cleaning. The large radius bottoms help eliminate food sticking, promoting improved yields and is textured for scratch-resistance. The pans will nest without wedging or sticking. The radius corners help resist breakage. The clear sidewalls take out the guessing of what's inside the pan. Compared to stainless pans, these are quiet, easy to touch and won't bend or tent.
