APW's Champion Griddle has 2 high output gas burners that generate a total of 50,000 BTU's. As an efficient must-have kitchen addition, this countertop griddle has a fast start-up time to prime cooking temperatures. The griddle has fast recovery time and can handle a variety of foods, like hamburgers or pancakes. Openings in the front allow the pilot light to be easily lit and adjusted without removing the front panel. The griddle has a great safety feature - a bull-nose front extension that will protect employees from burns.

Save time and make maintenance easier with a bottom-mounted grease collection pan. This griddle is field convertible with an adjustable gas regulator. The thick, stainless steel construction on the front panel and top skirt protects against kitchen 'wear and tear' and rust. The 3/4" polished steel griddle surface stands up to years of high output cooking. The griddle's 4" x 1" grease chute drains into the stainless steel grease collector drawer. The griddle has a 3" stainless steel backsplash, with sloped side splashers.
