Cadco's CG-10 Countertop Griddle lets you cook eggs, pancakes, bacon and more at any breakfast buffet. This CG-10 griddle can heat up to 425° on a large 21" x 12" surface for fast and even cooking. The non-stick commercial cooking surface allows the food to easily lift off of the surface of the CG-10 griddle. The stainless steel housing surface of the CG-10 is easily cleaned. The on/off switch has an indicator light, while the power light indicates if there is a burner turned on.
