This horizontal baby changing station from Koala Kare is made of FDA approved, injection-molded polypropylene plastic with Microban® antimicrobial additive embedded into the bed surface. It includes a concealed, reinforced steel-on-steel hinge mechanism and metal mounting chassis with mounting hardware. No hinge structure is exposed on interior or exterior surfaces. This durable changing station has labeled usage instructions and safety messages in four different languages, with an optional Braille label available. The contoured surface area of this baby changing table is 450 sq. in. and comes complete with nylon safety strap and two bag hooks.
The concealed pneumatic cylinder and metal mounting chassis on this changing table provide controlled, slow opening and closing of bed. The polypropylene material is easy to clean and resists odors and bacterial growth. This smooth, concave changing station complies with ASTM static load performance requirements and ADA regulations when properly installed. The locking dual cavity liner minimizes operator refills and discourages potential vandalism. It holds approximately 50 bed liners that create a barrier between the child and the changer.
