Standard Duty Electric Fryer is a deep fat fryer, designed to create a delicious variety of crisp fried food with minimal fuss. This 10 lb. countertop fryer is ideal for small pubs, colleges, and product-specific applications. Its minimal footprint accommodates tight counter spaces, and the non-skid rubber feet prevent slipping. The lift-out, one-piece stainless steel tank has carrying handles for easier cleaning. Shipped with 2 baskets, the fryer baskets are made of nickel-plated steel wire with cool-touch handles. Other features for this Cayenne Electric Fryer are:
