This 9" vegetable slicer attachment from Univex has an adjustable knife assembly. The versatile VS9 is used for slicing, lettuce, cucumbers, carrots, celery, mushrooms, radishes, cabbage, peppers, home fries, Chinese vegetables, onions and zucchini. It is designed to perform much of your volume preparation of vegetables, fruits and cheeses. It can quickly be mounted and used on your Univex Prep-Mate™ power drive unit. These labor saving attachments are portable and easily dismantled for cleaning.

The vegetable preparation attachment has a satin finish anodized aluminum housing with a hinged feed chute door, latch and feed pusher. The adjustable "S" knife assembly has a with hardened stainless steel knife and #12 rear hub.
