Hi/Lo speeds and a 1/2 HP heavy duty motor is sure to give you the results you want at an efficient speed. Light weight and compact, this 10" immersion blender has a rubberized grip that helps make the blender comfortable to operate. It can blend up to 6 gallons (24 quarts) of product, making it ideal for those operations that cook in batches. The all-purpose stainless steel blade is removable for easy cleaning.
