This humidified cabinet from Star Manufacturing is designed for constant use and reliability. Name your product; pizza, pretzels, chicken, pastries, bagels, hot sandwiches, ribs, and more, this humidity cabinet will hold your "grab-and-go" food products at the right temperature and texture much longer than traditional means. State-of-the-art electronic controls provide accurate temperature and humidity control throughout the cabinet.

Temperature ranges from 70°F to 190°F to fit a variety of menu items. Six pre-programmed channels are factory preset, or easily select the specific temperature to fit your humidity requirements. A large water reservoir is available for extended operation without the need to refill. The display cabinet's low water level sensing device alerts the operator when the water level is low.

This humidified display case has an LED temperature display for improved visibility and merchandising from across the room. The attractive body style and graphics will compliment any foodservice operation, while the "Fresh & Fast" colorful graphics will build impulse sales. This display cabinet is constructed of stainless steel, tempered glass panels and doors with aluminum alloy corner post. The lighted on-off switch ensures safe operation. This humidified countertop cabinet has a water drain for easy cleaning.
