Duke's Aerohot™ hot food tables offer a cost-conscious solution for those who refuse to sacrifice quality for price. This steamtable's top is constructed of 20 gauge, 300 series stainless steel with body, undershelf and legs formed of heavy gauge 430 series stainless steel. The top has die-stamped openings that measure 12" x 20". This steam table features an upgraded stainless steel liner in place of the standard galvanized liner - an added value offered by Ace Mart at no extra cost to you!

Each compartment is insulated on all four sides and bottom with 1" thick fiberglass, having thermal conductivity of 0.27 or less. Each compartment shall have an individual burner rated at a 1,000 BTUs. Burners are controlled by an adjustable valve. There is a galvanized radiation plate in each compartment and gas pressure regulator. The steam table is furnished with a polycarbonate plastic carving board measuring 7" w. x 1/2" thick with an 18 gauge stainless steel support base and die-stamped brackets.
