Vulcan's VBP7I holding and transport cabinet has seven levels for holding and transporting food. The cabinet accepts seven 18" x 26" sheet pans, fourteen 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" steam table pans, or a combination of both. The heavy duty, 20-gauge polished stainless steel cabinet has a welded tubular steel inner frame for increased durability. The VBP7I holding cabinet is fully insulated, with 2" on top and 1-1/2" on the sides, bottom and door. The door is made of stainless steel and has heavy duty hinges, a door latch mechanism, and long lasting silicone gaskets. On the cabinet's interior, there are 7 pairs of universal interior pan supports, removable for easy cleaning. Recessed control panel includes: power "on" and heater "on" indicator lights, dial thermostat adjustable from 60°F to 190°F, and a temperature read-out dial. There are two 600 watt metal-sheathed heating elements, creating a total draw of 10 amps. This VBP7I holding and transporting cabinet also has deluxe side-mounted lift handles.
