Cres Cor's Heat Lamp includes a maple cutting board which is perfect for cutting stations at restaurant buffets. The portable, adjustable infrared warmer has a single heat lamp. The heat lamp's arm has flexible tension that keeps the heat lamp in position once adjusted. The cutting station is supplied with a shatter resistant and thermal shock resistant 250 watt red lamp (120 volts). The cutting station's on-off switch is mounted on the heat lamp's base for convenience. The heat lamp's hood is made of solid polished brass.
